Houston Hope is an initiative to reinvest Houston's established neighborhoods. The goal of Project Houston Hope is to build strong communities that meet the needs of current residents and are attractive to new and returning families. Through Project Houston Hope, the Land Assemblage Redevelopment Authority (LARA) is working with experienced builders and community development corporations to build new affordable homes.
